A donation is an act between living persons in which the ownership of a property is transferred freely to another person with the intention of donation, which is the materialization of the cause or determining reason for the contract and must be accepted by the donee.

We currently provide the service of signing donations of real estate, and below we detail the necessary documentation:

• Property titles of the donors.

• ID (D.N.I.) of donors and donees.

• For urban properties, a certificate from the homeowners' association confirming that community fees are up to date.

• Cadastral reference (latest property tax receipt).

• Information on whether the property is rented.

• Value of the donation.

Donations of Shares or Social Participations

We currently offer the service of signing donations of shares or social participations, and below we detail the necessary documentation:

• Property titles of the donors.

• ID (D.N.I.) of donors and donees.

• Statutes of the company from which the shares or participations are being transferred and their registration details in the Mercantile Registry.

• The company's tax ID (C.I.F.).

• Value of the donation.

Donations of Cash

We currently provide the service of signing donations of cash. Below we detail the necessary documentation:

• ID (D.N.I.) of donors and donees.

• Check or bank transfer receipt for the donated amount.
