We currently provide the service of signing mortgage loans and payments in lieu of debt. The necessary documentation is as follows:

  • Economic details of the operation.

  • Property titles of the estates to be mortgaged.

  • ID (D.N.I.) of lenders and borrowers.

  • Marital economic regime of both parties.

  • If a company is involved, the current powers or appointment of administrators. Registration details in the Mercantile Registry.

  • For urban properties, a certificate from the homeowners' association confirming that community fees are up to date.

  • Cadastral reference (latest property tax receipt).

  • Information on whether the property is rented.

The borrower has the right to review the draft deed at the Notary's office during the three business days prior to the signing.
