We currently provide the service of signing mortgage loans and payments in lieu of debt. The necessary documentation is as follows:
Economic details of the operation.
Property titles of the estates to be mortgaged.
ID (D.N.I.) of lenders and borrowers.
Marital economic regime of both parties.
If a company is involved, the current powers or appointment of administrators. Registration details in the Mercantile Registry.
For urban properties, a certificate from the homeowners' association confirming that community fees are up to date.
Cadastral reference (latest property tax receipt).
Information on whether the property is rented.
The borrower has the right to review the draft deed at the Notary's office during the three business days prior to the signing.
