We currently provide the service of signing for the termination of co-ownership. The necessary documentation for signing is as follows:

• Property titles of the assets subject to the dissolution of co-ownership.

• ID (D.N.I.) of the co-owners. If a company is involved, the current powers or appointment of administrators.

• For urban properties, a certificate from the homeowners' association confirming that community fees are up to date.

• Cadastral references of the assets (latest property tax receipt).

• Information on whether the properties are rented.

• Value assigned to each asset.

• How the assets are allocated to the co-owners.

• How the operation expenses are paid: notary fees, municipal capital gains tax (if it involves urban properties).
