It does not fit for generals or for preventives. d) The revocation of powers, except for “general preventive ones” e) Payment letters and guarantee cancellations. f) The minutes of the general meeting and those of reference in the strict sense. g) Testimonies of legitimation of signatures. h) Wills while there is confinement due to an epidemic. i) Declarations of new construction without extinction of condominium, or allocation of property, and the division of horizontal property. j) Conciliation, unless the notary considers physical presence convenient. k) Other legal acts and businesses permitted by regulation.
