We currently offer the service of signing for company formation. The necessary documentation is as follows:

• National ID of the partners.

• Marital economic regime.

• If a company is involved, the current powers or appointment of administrators.

• Certificate of the company name from the Central Commercial Registry. Issuance date must be within two months prior to the formation. One of the partners must appear as the applicant.

• Bank certificate of the capital deposit in the account opened in the name of the company being formed, including the amount, the details of the contributing partner, and the purpose of the capital contribution.

• Provisional Tax Identification Number (CIF) of the company being formed, if available. If not available, it can be requested directly from the Notary.

• Articles of association that the company will adopt. If not available, we have templates at your disposal.

• Persons who will occupy the administrative positions of the company.
