• Names of the attorneys and lawyers, and the bar association to which they belong.

General Powers of Attorney

A power of attorney is a unilateral act by which a person authorizes another to carry out one or several acts on their behalf.

• If it is a company, current powers or appointment of administrators.

• Details of the agents: name, address, marital status, ID (D.N.I.).

• Powers granted (the purpose for which the power of attorney is given).
