We currently offer the service of signing for registration acts, supplementary to the public acquisition title. The necessary documentation is as follows:
Ownership titles of the interested parties.
National ID.
If a company is involved, the current powers or appointment of administrators.
Registration data in the Commercial Registry.
Cadastral reference (latest IBI receipt).
Value assigned to the properties.
We handle the rest of the requirements.
At the time of the initial signing, two witnesses must be provided to verify the reality of the ownership of the property.
Afterward, edicts will be published in the municipality where the property is located.
