Marital economic regime of both parties.
If a company is involved, the current powers or appointment of administrators.
Registration details in the Mercantile Registry.
For urban properties, a certificate from the homeowners' association confirming that community fees are up to date.
Cadastral reference (latest property tax receipt).
Information on whether the property is rented.
Price of the transaction.
How the operation expenses are paid: notary fees, municipal capital gains tax.

Statutes of the company from which the participations or shares are being transferred and their registration details in the Mercantile Registry.
The company's tax ID (C.I.F.).
Price of the transaction.
How the operation expenses are paid.
