We currently offer the service of signing for segregations and divisions of properties. The necessary documentation is as follows:
Prior municipal license, without which no physical alteration of the properties can be made.
Ownership titles of the properties subject to division or segregation.
National ID of the owners (if a company is involved, the current powers or appointment of administrators).
Cadastral references of the properties (latest IBI receipt).
Information on whether the properties are rented or not.
Description of each resulting plot and the remainder (area and boundaries).
Value assigned to each property resulting from the segregation or division.
How the expenses of the operation are paid: notary fees, municipal capital gains tax (if these are urban properties).
