We currently offer the service of signing for segregations and divisions of properties. The necessary documentation is as follows:

  • Prior municipal license, without which no physical alteration of the properties can be made.

  • Ownership titles of the properties subject to division or segregation.

  • National ID of the owners (if a company is involved, the current powers or appointment of administrators).

  • Cadastral references of the properties (latest IBI receipt).

  • Information on whether the properties are rented or not.

  • Description of each resulting plot and the remainder (area and boundaries).

  • Value assigned to each property resulting from the segregation or division.

  • How the expenses of the operation are paid: notary fees, municipal capital gains tax (if these are urban properties).
